Privacy

This app is the private working tool of one coach, Elizabeth Dean. It is not a service other people sign up for. This page explains what it holds and who else ever sees it.

What the app holds

• Client records she enters herself: name, email, phone, company, and her own notes.
• Sessions: when they are, who they are with, and what was agreed.
• Bookings made through the booking page: the name, email, and focus a client types in.
• Session audio and transcripts, but only for sessions where the client has agreed to being recorded.

Recording is never automatic

A session can only be recorded when the client has agreed to it, either by ticking the box when they book or by telling Elizabeth directly. The app will not offer to record a session without that on file, and withdrawing agreement deletes the audio.

Who else sees it

Two services process session recordings, and nothing else:

• Deepgram turns the audio into a transcript.
• Google (Gemini) reads that transcript and drafts the notes. This runs on a paid Google Cloud account, which is contractually not used to train their models.

Client records, bookings, and calendar entries are never sent to either. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or used to train anything.

Where it lives

On servers operated by Railway in the United States, and on Elizabeth's own iPhone. Audio is kept so she can re-read a session; transcripts and notes are kept as her working record of the coaching relationship.

Asking for your information

If Elizabeth has coached you and you want to know what is held about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email the address below and it will be handled. There is no form and no waiting queue.

Children

This is a professional coaching practice for adults. The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly hold information about them.
