About

She came to coaching the way her clients do: at a crossroads.

Elizabeth Dean is an executive leadership coach who works on the human component of high‑performance business, turning senior leaders into influential communicators who lead with courage, clarity and intentionality. She has coached more than 450 individuals and groups.

Coaching entered her life from the client's side of the table. At a pivotal crossroads of her own, she hired a coach, wanting something more actionable than therapy. The experience changed the direction of her career. Not long after she finished her training at the Coaches Training Institute, a recruiting CEO's confidence in her, “We've got coaching clients! Can you take them??”, put her fully into the work.

Her north star is Shawn Achor's The Happiness Advantage, the TED talk that moved her from thinking about coaching to actually pursuing it. Outside the work, what she loves is collective experience: concerts, shows, gatherings that bring people together around a shared story.
