Start with a conversation, or start with a note.

A discovery call is free, forty‑five minutes, by video. If you would rather write first, this reaches Elizabeth directly.

Write to Elizabeth

This goes to her own inbox, not to an assistant and not to a CRM. A sentence on what is going on is plenty.

Prefer email? Write to elizabethdeancoaching@gmail.com and she will reply from her own inbox.

Ready to talk instead? Book a free discovery call. Forty‑five minutes, video, no charge.

Based in New York, working nationwide.

PCC certified with the International Coaching Federation and CPCC with the Coaches Training Institute. She also co‑leads member credentialing office hours for the ICF's Upstate New York chapter.

What happens next

No sales sequence, no automated nurture. She reads it and replies.

01

She reads it

Messages go straight to her own inbox, not to an assistant or a CRM.

02

She replies

From her own address, so you can just hit reply and keep the thread going.

03

You decide

If a call makes sense you book one. If it does not, that is a perfectly good outcome.

Before you write

The questions that come up most.

What does the discovery call cost?

Nothing. It is forty‑five minutes by video, and there is no preparation and nothing to decide at the end of it.

Do I need to know what I want to work on?

No. Knowing what you want is frequently the thing the coaching is for.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward‑looking and action‑oriented. Elizabeth came to it herself wanting something more actionable than therapy.

Where does it happen?

By video, wherever you are. She is based in New York and works nationwide, and travels for on‑site team workshops.

Can she work with my whole team?

Yes. She facilitates group sessions and delivers leadership workshops on site.

The next step is small

One conversation is the whole commitment, and either of you can simply say it is not a fit.
