Approach

Most people don't struggle to get what they want. They struggle to know what they want.

Clarity is the specialty. Once it clicks, the path forward tends to reveal itself.

How she works

“We are feeling machines that think.” That is the philosophy underneath all of it: the internal and external human dynamics are what actually drive every KPI, so that is where the coaching goes.

Her approach is honest, direct, actionable and empathetic, in her clients' own words. She asks the hard questions, the kind rooted in what she has learned about you.

Sessions balance emotional support with tangible action items. The aim is never dependence on a coach; it is tapping into your own wisdom, so what you build stays with you.

Where the work lands

Four doors into the same room. Most engagements move between them.

01

Executive presence

Polishing how a leader presents and commands a room, and how they hold it when the stakes rise.

02

EQ and high‑stakes communication

Managing the emotional complexity of rapid growth, organizational pivots, and the personality dynamics of a senior team.

03

Pragmatic strategy

Moving past theory to tangible action, balancing high‑level goals against what actually integrates into a real week.

04

Career transition

Coaching through a move, a loss, or a deliberate change of direction, including rebuilding the confidence a sudden exit takes with it.

Inside a session

There is no curriculum. You bring the week you actually had, and the session goes where that leads: a conversation you are dreading, a decision you keep deferring, a pattern you can see in yourself but cannot name.

She goes at a pace that is comfortable, and she does not tell you what to do. She asks the kind of questions that require honest answers, then helps you build the strategy and the accountability to act on them.

Ways to work together

Individual coaching runs by video, wherever you are. She is based in New York and works nationwide.

One to one coaching

Regular sessions by video, shaped around what you bring. The core of the practice, and where most engagements start.

Group facilitation

Facilitated sessions for a leadership team, including the discovery and preparation time that makes them worth doing.

On‑site workshops

She travels the country delivering leadership and development workshops in person, as she has with a Top‑100 CEO since 2016.

Career transition

Coaching for executives moving between roles, delivered both privately and through her partnership with Cochran, Cochran & Yale.

The discovery call exists for exactly this, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
